“Great little neighborhood park, although the equipment is showing a bit of age with chipped paint a little rust and dirt. Quite a few local kids of various ages playing on a Sunday morning.”

“I was there for a high school softball game and the field was in great shape. There is a nice covered shelter with picnic tables to get out of the rain. Parking was ample for the event that I attended. Access is very easy off of Calhoun Drive. There is also plenty of bleachers for spectators to sit on.”

“A hidden gem. I brought my son and my dog here the other day and this park is small but clean and pretty. I saw a deer walk across the field right when I arrived. It looks like there are some walking trails too though we only enjoyed the grassy open area and the playground. I would love to come here again.”

“This is a mini park the size of a single family home plot of land. It has swings, slides, and a nice bouncing floor. Great for small kids.”

“It is a nice park. Now under renovation. It is nice filled with trees and benches so you can keep an eye on your child. It was a bit outdated but I still loved it. They separated the park for the little ones and the bigger kids. The only problem I have is the mosquitoes during Spring and sometime people in the area trashing the park. Overall it is nice during the summer when they cut the grass. Nice watershow on Wednesday. I just feel like there are a bit of shady people on the other side of the river. Overall nice place to walk, paddle a swan boat, fish, run, ride different style bikes or take a class over there.”

“Jesse Schneeberg of Straight to the Point Guide Service and Dog Training is the only dog trainer I will ever use. Jesse has helped me and our family train our 2 yr old lab to be not only a hunting dog, but a great family dog as well. Jesse combines years of experience with a great practical sense of how to help both dog and owner work together. If you are looking for a dog trainer for any dog breed wether the dog is a family pet or a hunting dog, look no further than Jesse Schneeberg and Straight to the Point!”

“Good place been coming here since I was a little kid good for family or friends but the basketball court is a little torn up and old and some of the playground stuff is older and torn they've fixed up most of the real issues though. I dont think lost of folks come here.”

“Usually quiet, think it's a little known park. Play structure, large open grassy area, pond and woods with hiking trails. Gets muddy and buggy in the spring and summer, so I like the woods and trails best in the late fall and winter. We skate on the pond also.”
