“I worked with John to set up the installation appointment for our new furnace. He was great to work with, was honest, and answered all of my questions right away. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. They finished up ahead of schedule and made sure to clean up afterwards. Their installation looks flawless from what I can tell and they politely answered all of my questions before they left. After they had left, I noticed a typo on the invoice and was being charged a little more than what I was quoted. I texted John and within minutes the issue was handled and I was sent a corrected invoice. They also called to apologize for the typo and made sure I was aware that the price I was quoted was the price I was getting. This is not the first time I have worked with Seider as they also installed a new A/C unit a couple years back and a new water heater earlier this year. Everything has been running perfectly so far. Every single experience I've had with Seider has been nothing short of excellent - from the customer service, to the installations, to the annual maintenance services. “Dave with Fred’s is amazing every time we talk with him. Last Thursday while my son was taking a shower the water just stopped. 2 hours before our family pictures were to take place! He had been out 3 weeks earlier to just give us a review of our well system and said everything looked great and was running properly. Called Fred’s when the water went out, he remembered our property and said he would be shocked if it was the pump as he just took a look at the system. “Nels Anderson Enterprises exceeded our expectations in every way. I put my husband off for over a year when he wanted to preemptively replace our hot water heater. It ended up failing during a week we hosted out of town guests. A call was placed on Friday after normal business hours and a message left for Nels Anderson. Nels returned our call the same evening letting us know that he was out of town but would have someone out the next day. Ryan showed up Saturday morning, evaluated our situation and agreed that the water heater needed replacement. “If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had a water heater emergency on a Sunday (of course!). The water heater in my new condo had an inch of water in the pan and stopped working and it was only 3 years old. I called another place first that claimed to have emergency service, they couldn't get anyone out until Tuesday! Next, I called Hartlaub - and boy am I glad I did. First off they returned my emergency phone call almost immediately - which was amazing cause I was very nervous being on the top floor and knowing of a neighbor whose broken water heater flooded the unit below. Mike walked me through turning off the water/power - we determined my tank was under warranty, we exchanged text pictures to determine the severity - he even advised me to put a new battery in my water alarm and replace it on the floor! Anyhow, since the tank was unavailable until Monday - we decided to wait until the next day (although they were more than willing to come out immediately - even just to calm my fears!), So next day - Jack - the perfect plumber shows up. He was friendly professional and oh-so-informative and I could tell he loved his job. He went the extra yard replacing my water heater and installing a thermal expansion tank in hopes of preventing this from happening again. Whew! These guys are definitely gonna be my "go-to" guys for future maintenance needs. Thank You Thank You Hartlaub!”
