The salad’s were fresh and great tasting dressing. Garlic bread was good and fresh. We had a delivery time set.. due to some unfortunate circumstances we had to change the delivery time no questions asked, they just said...ok. “Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting for me. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed by the thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the cooler where it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of “have a good day” that one of the gentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy my lunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customer service and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order. Had to take the time to write this review for them.”

“Dr. Barrick is an awesome doctor! She is super sharp and professional but at the same time super sweet and kind and I liked this woman right away, not only as a doctor but a person. Dr. Barrick performed a great toe fusion surgery on my right foot and did an outstanding job as I’m so pleased at how little pain I’ve had-only three pain pills needed and my surgery was last Monday morning! I can feel my foot and all my toes and so I know there are no nerve problems. I still have to do my left foot and would not go to anyone but Dr. Kelsey Barrick. Super happy patient-Rhoda Myers”

Only downside was they have that masks are required yet their employees were not wearing them because as I walked in I saw them put them on and one person had it below his nose[which is pointless to wear one at this point]. “I came here for the first time and used the drive thru around noon. Asked for a winter blend medium iced coffee I was claiming for free on the DD app. No problem. I pull up to the window to scan my code to redeem it and it wouldn’t work. The cashier kept trying to scan it but it wouldn’t redeem on his end. He was very patient and called over a manager. After some more attempts he just handed me the coffee without any charge and comp’d it. Sorry to have held up the line for everyone but I appreciate their efforts to help me and honor the promotion! Will be back.”

“Love birch coffee and am excited they have ventured into Harlem area. As always coffee is on point from cold brew, americanos, lattes, to espresso you wont be disappointed. This shop is nice and roomy allowing for more room to get some work done or sit and chat with friends. It's a shirt 1 block walk from central park and the pastries are delicious. They offer a variety of milk alternatives so you have your options. Super excited for this store opening as I just moved to the area as well!”
