“On a Saturday morning, we discovered that our water heater was leaking heavily out of the top and likely on its last legs. Fearing that the problem would worsen, we called around to see if we could talk to anybody. We were unsure whether we had a full-blown emergency on our hands, so we didn't want to shell out extra to have anybody come out on a weekend if we could avoid it. Thankfully, one of the messages we left was with Franz Plumbing & Piping. In less than an hour, we got a reassuring call back from Franz, and they were able to come out first thing on Monday morning to install a brand new water heater quickly and without incident. We definitely recommend Franz Plumbing & Piping.”

“I grew up in this church and we are only on our 3rd pastor since i was a baby. All pastors and parishioners have been welcoming and kind to all. We were married here and 2 of our kids were baptized here. We moved 30 minutes away in 2012 and felt it would be too hard to commute with 3 little ones. We spent 2 years trying out multiple churches in our new city before deciding on one, but only stayed there about a year and a half before realizing it just wasn't home for us. We have now been commuting the 30 min every sunday for the past 2.5 years and its been worth it. The youth programs are great and my 5th grader is very active in learning about the jobs people can help with at church as well as doing youth handbells. Great place for young families!”

“If you haven't had Louie's 5 star filet - you haven't had the best! I've been to most top rated steak houses in the Milwaukee/Chicago area and this is by far my favorite steak! Perfectly done every time, been coming back here for years. Finish off the night with their signature old fashioned brandy Alexander ice cream "drink" and you'll be coming back as well!”

“I was skeptical at first, but found him to be very knowledgeable and thorough. After he painted our three bedrooms, we brought him back for the living room, kitchen and den. He color matched remarkably. His price certainly wasn't cheap but hundreds less than what other's had quoted us, and I mean hundreds. He did our cabinets as well and we were beyond pleased. We gave him the creative license to stain the intricate wood work in our hallways and stairwells, and again showed remarkable attention to detail to achieve an excellent final product. No mess left behind. I offered a hundred dollar bill as a tip and he declined, I was stunned. Remarkable quality and ethic. Will definitely put Andy to work in the near future.”
