“I had a cleaning this morning with Pam, and it was fabulous. This was the most pain-free appointment I've had. I haven't had a cleaning in over a year, and was nervous. Although I had some plaque buildup, Pam was fantastic and they had some advanced tools I haven't experience at other offices; this plus Pam's touch made it so pleasant and it didn't hurt at all. Dr. Straub was very friendly and answered my questions. Couldn't be happier with my experience. They also had a paraffin wax treatment for my hands while I was getting my cleaning done; couldn't be more relaxed. Above and beyond. Will definitely be back!”

“My experience at Deerwood Orthodontics has been extremely pleasant. I made the decision at a later age to get braces and I'm glad I did. The staff made it such a wonderful experience. Everyone was always so accommodating. My orthodontist, Dr. Schneider is the coolest dude you'd want working in your mouth. Always a pleasure to talk to (when I didn't have a finger or tool in my mouth 😁). He is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. His patients are lucky to have him. My visits were smooth and never ever had to wait longer than 3-5 minutes. Today, I got my braces removed and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Schneider made sure they were absolutely perfect....and perfect they are! I am one happy patient. Also, I wish I knew all the techs names unfortunately I don't but it doesn't matter because each girl in that office was the kindest, friendliest human being. Heather, at the front desk is awesome! She always made a day or location work for me. In the 18 months of working with Deerwood Orthodontics, I can honestly say it was a better experience than I could've imagined.
