It's a family run operation, friendly, willing to share their knowledge and experience to everyone. Special mention to Julian. I just purchased a bass and bass amp from him. At first, he was unable to locate the case to the bass. But his persistence paid off because he found it after about 30 minutes of searching. During this time, he was answering many phone calls and walk in customers but he always checked in with me so I didn't feel ignored or abandoned. There was some buzzing on the low E string. Julian took it downstairs to service where it was adjusted in a matter of minutes. I went there last Thursday to try out modeling amps and narrowed my choice down to two. While I was A/B-ing them, I asked Todd (the resident guitar guru) what he thought and he recommended the Fender. While I was still undecided, playing them back and forth, Todd brought up the Fender (new in the box). Todd knows me very well! The Fender came home with me that afternoon. This is a great place and I highly recommend Music Center.”
