“I am currently on the sub-acute care floor at Samaritan home. I have been here for a couple of weeks and will be for a week or so more. As a former administrator in a social service field, I have been interested in observing the staff interaction with the residents. I judge about 90% to 95% of the staff want to be here and work with this population. This includes both long-term staff (+25 years) and more recent hires. The staff interact easily with residents on the wing I am on. It happens that the area I am in is somewhat a mixed nursing home/Sub-acute rehabilitation floor. Very simply, I attribute the good staff morale and thus their very easy, yet professional, interaction with residents with proper administrative management. I have concluded that this is true quality and I am pleased to have selected this facility for the services I need.”

“My experience at New Life has been amazing. I’ve relied on Jordan Hove with Samantha and Taylor for quite a while for several different problems. While I was on a protocol for CLL and couldn’t have surgery, I received therapy for my hip and shoulder. As it got closer to the end of the protocol, Jordan started “prefab” for my impending shoulder surgery. My rehab after shoulder surgery went so well that I was able to have hip replacement surgery only six months after shoulder surgery, well before the timing anticipated when I had the surgery. During the shoulder rehab Jordan started the “prefab” on my hip so my rehab could have the same positive result. My hip replacement was on December 14, and rehab is already going well, I swear by my experience and tell everyone how much credit I give to Jordan and New Life. One of the best things has been the cooperation between New Life and my trainer at Pulse to make sure I was ready for surgery and ready for excellent recovery after surgery.”
