She listened intently to determine how to best bring me relief and function with 2 toddlers at home. With the strengthening exercises, I was able to remain functional through the end of my pregnancy! In the third trimester, we discussed what my goals were for delivery. Emily shared a better birthing position, taught me HOW to push, and explained the “why” behind these things. Delivery went smoothly, and I was left with a stronger and more capable body postpartum. Most notably, I did not have the same noodly lower back as I did with my first two. I resumed appropriate exercises once cleared by my OB, and have continued to recover and strengthen my core. I realize now that I never really recovered between past pregnancies. “I’ve course but beware of the first tee. The range is left of the first tee so you will see range balls on the first fairway. You might want to look back too just in case a ball comes flying your way lol. A few came my way as I waited for the group in front of me to finish. Nothing came close to me as I was in the middle but a few did fly my way. Overall the fairways were nice and cut and the touch was almost as low as the fairways. The greens were a little fast but manageable. There were some fake foxes out there but it doesn’t seem to scare away the geese’s.”
