That was a deffenently an improvement! The biggest thing is he keeps asking what certain noises are-normal everyday noises like the fridge kicking in or the furnace or even some of the car noises that I don't think he has ever heard. Everyone there does such an amazing job explaining everything to you in layman’s terms, while also willing to give you the full ‘dental terms’ rundown if you wish. My whole family has been seeing Dr. Mackenzie, and she is incredible! You can tell immediately that she truly cares about her patients dental health and is always willing to spend however much time is needed to make you feel comfortable. She’s so great with our kids, almost to the point that they no longer fear the dentist! My oldest (6yrs) recently had his tooth pulled there - he was SO scared, but she made him as comfortable as humanly possible. She answered all our questions about the healing process, and we left feeling 100% confident he’d be all good in no time. But because she cares SO much, she called us later that evening to tell us a few additional tidbits to ensure a quick and painless recovery.”
