They asked if they could help me find something, I told them what I needed, and one of them took me directly to it. I was in and out. I’m grateful for their great customer service. I usually dread going to the hardware store because it can be overwhelming, but this trip was very different. The staff took me to what I asked for instead of telling me where it’s is and expecting me to guess which one is best for my task. “We have used Horsch and Miller many times over the years. They repaired a shower, installed a much needed iron filter, replaced a thermostat and several other jobs on our house. Most recently they installed a new furnace, with the a/c almost done, they will return when they are able to test the unit, too cold now! We were in charge of a sister’s estate and had them at her property a few times to repair or replace pipes under her sinks. They are always on time and professional. They provide a service that is always fairly priced!”
