“Hard to find a place that could repair my ignition and driver side door locks that were worn and randomly working. After searching the internet I found Locks and Unlocks. The website with helpful videos convinced me they could do the work I needed. Once in contact the work was quickly scheduled. I dropped my car off for service. I was kept updated on any repairs or issues. The technician was honest and upfront with all work. The cost was less than estimated and way better than if I had gone to the dealership! “I have a key that must be hard to copy. I tried several "Key Machines" and the key would work, but you'd have to jiggle it around to get the lock to open or close. I thought I'd try KeyMe and the machine told me that my key was not a common key and it could not be made by the machine. It would have to be cut and mailed to me. Now I know they were lying. I have very common key. But I tried it anyway. I did get the key in the mail. And It works perfectly. So thank you KeyMe. I give only 4 stars because of the initial lie. If they would have just said we cut keys and mail them to you, it would have been 5 stars.”

“Dale, and all the staff of Downer Hardware, have helped me countless times with my home improvement projects/gardening/etc. as I’m a new homeowner, and new to DIY projects. They always take the time to help me troubleshoot and problem solve. I destroyed multiple drill bits attempting to install curtain rods in my plaster walls — Dale instructed me on the use of masonry bits and my project became much easier. They even carry the dog food we use, Taste of the Wild, which isn’t sold in many locations. I will always shop at Downer Hardware over any big box store because of their excellent customer service and care that they offer.”
