“We called Steffen Plumbing because our kitchen faucet was suddenly leaking both above and below the counter. We called on September 19 after their business hours and received a text message, from Anne, before their business hours on September 20. Steffen Plumbing was able to get us on their schedule at 1130 on September 21. We purchased a faucet on September 20 and had it ready to install. Chris showed up on time. He even brought and Amazon package, left at the bottom of the steps, up to us. He was professional, explained what he was doing and said we made an excellent choice in the faucet we picked out. We were not aware, but he told us our faucet had a lifetime warranty. The old faucet was replaced, and everything was cleaned up in less than an hour. We have several other plumbing projects we need completed and we will use Steffen Plumbing. Bravo!”

“Jake was the young man who came to our house. He was very pleasant and after I told him what needed attention he went right to work. He worked on clearing our kitchen drain, then moved to the bathtub drain and got that running smoothly and efficiently. He also replaced a fixture on our tub and checked out the drains in our bathroom sinks. There’s one item he has to investigate to see what has to be done and said he’d get back to us on that. “Dave with Fred’s is amazing every time we talk with him. Last Thursday while my son was taking a shower the water just stopped. 2 hours before our family pictures were to take place! He had been out 3 weeks earlier to just give us a review of our well system and said everything looked great and was running properly. Called Fred’s when the water went out, he remembered our property and said he would be shocked if it was the pump as he just took a look at the system.
