I had to check my name on my account (since I recently got married and changed it), get 3 counter checks, order 2 debit cards for 2 different accounts, order regular checks with my new name and address, and take out money from an account - and Jennifer killed it! She was soooo nice and sweet, double checking on things with me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
