It’s really hard for me to complaint but it’s an important note the Cold stone company should consider for the company good reputation . Also kindly keep the place neat and clean. All the tables are unclean with lots of dirt , ice cream wastes, and etc . Even they don’t have napkin instead of that they had toilet paper on the cashier counter for customers general napkin needs . Except these two things we actually enjoyed our ice cream crave . Would like to visit often .”

“We ordered our wedding cake from Buttercream. The tasting was great. There were so many good choices that it was hard to choose which two for our cake. The Minnetonka location is a bit small. They also offer a coupon to get a cake on your 1st anniversary. They do not use artificial dyes in any of their cakes. We wanted some red on our cake so we added red handpainted flowers to the cake. It was beautifully done! The price was very reasonable for the quality you get. Our wedding guests really loved the cake and it turned out beautiful.”

“Authentic Italian Bakery! How did I miss this place?! So unassuming, hole in the wall bakery tucked in the corner of a shopping plaza. The pictures speak for themselves. Delicious and authentic. Don't come here expecting American style pastries or sandwiches. It's amazing and the quality is there! I've been to Italy, husband is from France so his expectations are always high when it's an European bakery. He loved the Italian sandwich and Italian ham especially. As for the prices, it's on par with the quality, did I hear imported Italian flour?! Yes. Italian family owned bakery where you hear them speaking Italian? Yes. This is the place you go when you want something delicious, buttery, and soul satisfying. A special treat for yourself or a friend (as I did). I ended up buying one of each tart slice flavor and two of every croissant variant in the case because I just couldn’t choose one. We shall slice and share all of these amazing pastry creations this weekend. They also sell imported chocolates that look very tempting. Super friendly staff who were happy to explain e every item I pointed at and beautifully boxed up the items I was buying to surprise my friends. They even helped carry all my purchases to my car. “We've only been here once so far so can't really speak on all the negative reviews. We ordered a Michael J Fox sandwich, cream cheese bagel, and coffee. Would have liked a choice of chips with the sandwich as I do not like Fritos. The sandwich was full of meat and very good. Bagel was hard, but the cream cheese was good . Service was friendly . Unfortunately the coffee is probably the worst I've ever had, very strong and muddy. Burnt tasting. Oh well. Definitely looking forward to trying them again. One major downside is it's HOT in there. Would not be able to sit and enjoy a meal. No air conditioning and it's 90 degrees out. So definitely suggest taking the food to go.”

“We tried a few different pastries. The ones that stood out the most are the famous crookie which is definitely worth the hype. The strawberry cruffin was delicious and there blueberry muffin is very good as well. The guava danish and a nice flavor but the croissant part was a lil stale and the chocolate croissant has a very good flavor but the croissant itself wasn’t very crispy and fresh. Overall they have some very good pastries, they just sell out very fast so you need to be there early”
