“What a great place! Super homey and in a pretty shopping village with a lake. I didn't find what I was looking for (hint - Stephen King is behind the door) but there is lots to choose from. My only very slight complaint is that due to the configuration of some of the shelves, if someone is standing in the section you want to be in, you might have to wait. But if that means they can fit more books, I'm all for it. Note that Google Maps will take you to the resident parking lot - don't park there. Direct your gps to the Just Cats Clinic or the Reston Farmer's Market.”

Update: 01/2023 Spent $41 and didn't get what I went in for (full size cooling bed sheets, they had other sizes mostly king and twin) but that's not a complaint. “I ordered a book for a class that would be going on to the hotel that the class was to be held. Icontractor.net did everything they were supposed to do to have the book reach the destination in time to be received for the class. For some reason Fed EX decided it wasn't important enough to deliver overnight as expected and Paid for! I was unable to get any help form FED EX (not surprising at all) so I contacted icontractor.net via FB since I could not get through via phone. Luckily I got Fernando to answer the message although the business itself was closed. I explained to Fernando how the book was needed as ordered and that because it was not delivered on the day expected, we would no be there to receive it, because we were checking out Sunday, the book was due Saturday morning and Fed Ex had it scheduled for delivery on Monday. Fernando, took care of if refunding the full amount of the book in addition to the shipping cost without penalty. Fernando also followed up with me to make sure that I in fact received my refund and made provisions for me to get free shipping when I reordered the book. Fernando was an absolute pleasure to work with, the customer service was above and beyond and I felt secure that everything would work out exactly as he said it would and it did.”
