They did my bouquet, fresh flowers for the tables, a head table centerpiece and a boutinerre.. everything was EXACTLY what I wanted. So beautiful! The flowers were so fresh and perfect. Also, my poor planning didnt help on the morning of my wedding because there was no way my flowers were all fitting into the back of my Jeep, so the folks at Russell’s actually followed behind me and delivered the flowers right to my venue! Ordering from Kansas to treat my lovely wife for her birthday and of course practically last minute, my delivery could not be made on Sunday so I received a text stating it could be Sat. or Mon. They also refunded my delivery fee. I find out later that day my wife and her father have plans at noon so I call to find out ETA on delivery. Unfortunately their delivery didn't go out until 11:30 and offered to bring ice packs if a cooler was left out or my gift could be left at the neighbors. Very accommodating! Often times with other shops, they've looked entirely different from what I expected, so I was so pleased that they looked amazingly beautiful and exactly as expected! The flowers are fresh looking and stunning. Aside from that, I am most impressed with the customer service. I got side tracked when ordering for my moms bday bouquet a few days ago and her special day almost slipped my mind today! I called the shop because it was already passed the time to submit for same day. I asked if they would still be able to send same day delivery so that I could surprise my mom on her actual birthday.
