“This is like a flower store but with fruit. They hand cut and hand make all the arrangements to order with daily fresh fruit the moment you order it. These are not pre-made or bulk made. The arrangements are beautiful and make a very nice and very different gift other than the usual flowers from the precut flower store or grocery store. Plus you can eat this arrangement. For any occasion from a wedding, birthday, anniversary or even a funeral as sadly mine was for. The manager is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. She will try make whatever you want as long as it's fruit,.. LOL. The staff is small and the store is clean and bright. My order was made on time and delivered promptly.”

“I popped in to get some flowers for my cousin when I was in the area for a visit, and I was greeted with a cheerful smile and kind inquiry into what I was looking for. The shop had plenty to choose from, and the delightful lady who helped me select flowers and a vase let me know they would be ready in about 10 minutes. I browsed the other gift items in the shop while the flowers were prepared and in less than 10 minutes they were packed up and ready to go. I worked mostly with Emily, and she captured my vision perfectly with a moody palette and eye popping aesthetics in my bouquet. “I like shopping at this location. It's not perfect, they are understaffed and it shows, but the staff they do have are friendly and they almost always have what I need! That said, the coupon system is frustrating. They have additional coupons locked behind the app (which is fine, I have the app), but using your own Internet in the store is next to impossible and they don't offer Internet to their guests. As they do not honor those coupons without being clipped in the app, I have to either go without the savings or go back for my groceries after I've left to access Internet elsewhere. In this economy, my shopping is driven by low costs/savings and healthy options - if I find that combo elsewhere that's easier to utilize, and KS current system remains the same, I will probably shop there instead.”

“UPDATED: I reached out to the owner via email regarding my disappointment. The next day, she personally delivered a bouquet that was much more in line with what I believe was originally ordered. She said they were just training a new designer. This gesture was very appreciated! When this shop first opened, I popped in to buy some hydrangeas, wanting to support a local business. They were super expensive and died quickly. No big deal, I decided not to go back. Today my husband had these delivered to me for our anniversary. $80 for 4 carnations, 7 unopened carnation buds and 3 daisies in wrinkled green tissue with a few berries. Nothing about this bouquet is worth $80.”
