We were warmly welcomed in to the store and in no time we had our new phones picked out and we're checking out when one of my cards was declined. I asked them (both the awesome gentlemen who work there) if they wouldn't mind giving me a few minutes to get things straightened out and by a few minutes I unknowingly ment like 1hour and some change they were both tired having worked all day and now I was running into their free time. They were both so kind and understanding of the situation. A few extra minutes to please their clients was not to much to ask of these guys. Metro PCS has definitely stepped their standards up since my last visit I will be returning to this store with all my business Thank you so much because we couldn't be more pleased!!!!”
