“All my friends and I buy our plants and yard flags and potting soil here. This a family owned business and they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. As I walked through the nursery a young gentleman asked me if I needed help and took me to the Shasta daisies. Later I asked one of the ladies about some of the plants that I wanted to buy and which ones would look best together. Two senior ladies were looking to buy some plants to attract hummingbirds and that's what I wanted so they told me about the vermilionaire plant. It looks like a tiny fuchsia plant. Then I headed to the checkout and Adeline greeted me warmly and with a big smile. She told me that indeed the hummers would love my new plant. She placed my plants in a box so that they wouldn't tip over and wished me a happy holiday weekend. They treat you like family here and you won't get that at the big box stores. Their plants are grown with love.”

Patty worked with me every step of the way for many hours and brought my woodland fairytale vision to life at the Mansion at Oyster Bay. I had dreamed of a reception space with 7-foot trees on the tables filled with gorgeous roses, hanging lanterns with candles, and tiny white lights. The centerpieces had to be overflowing with candles at different heights. It had to be moody, dreamy, welcoming and warm all at the same time. I was confident that every detail I planned with Patty would be executed to perfection. And it was. “(Read to the end) Called a few days ahead to order a bouquet delivery for Mother's day in Wrightwood, CA and spoke with Brier Rose to confirm that delivery was still available. I was assured and directed to order online. The website was intuitive and ordering was easy. I called Brier Rose on the day after Mother's Day once I confirmed that the flowers had NOT been delivered. They apologized and immediately went back to the store to troubleshoot and rectify. They were closed but went in anyway. Once they arrived, they refunded the order, designed a bouquet, and delivered it within an hour! After some further investigation, it turns out that *I* had put the wrong date. Brier Rose was not at fault at all but still worked to get the flowers delivered on their day off after what is (typically) the busiest day of the year for a florist. The bouquet was beautiful. The service was outstanding. Thank you Brier Rose, and apologies for the mistake on my end.”
