“I ordered flowers with same day delivery for my wife this morning. I received a call shortly after I placed my order from schnucks saying all the florists at our local schnucks called in sick. She said she tired to see if another local florist could work my order but they didn't have the same vase and the delivery charge would be extra. She nicely asked if I could wait for delivery for tomorrow or Monday and I nicely explained my situation and why my delivery was time sensitive. I told her I was more than happy to pay the extra and the vase was not an issue. She said she would be more than happy to pay the extra delivery fee and would get the flowers to my wife before the end of the day! I have never had better customer service than I received today. Her generosity and amazing customer service was way more than I could've ever asked for! I will always order from schnucks from here on out! I wish I remembered the ladies name I spoke to because I would love to give her manager a good message!”

I placed an order myself for the first time for pickup and the platter was great and the people at the store very welcoming. There was one very minor mix up with some of the fruit pieces that were supposed to be included (the platter I ordered was almost identical to a different platter, so the mistake was very understandable), but I called the store and was able to get things fixed as they should have been with a few extra pieces for the trouble. I was very impressed by the customer service and how accommodating the staff was in making sure everything worked out.”
