They called when they couldn't deliver the arrangement and then called again to see if they could schedule a good time for drop off. Then, after my arrangement could not be delivered again, which was a Friday, the manager stated that it's not a problem but would have to be delivered on Monday. I did a brunch with my BM's the morning of the wedding and upon returning all the flowers were placed out, vases on the table, ceremony arch and fireplace mantel were completed. I was stunned at how beautiful it had all turned out. Everyone at Petal Pushers had exceeded my expectations. They even added additional touches in on their own to make sure my wedding theme was apart the wedding space - Boho Chic. As most brides you try to save where you could, so I was hawking Craigs List for vases. When I found them Stacey worked with me to make sure we could utilize them, I was able to drop them off to her and the rest she arranged. “I ordered an autumn bouquet for my son and his wife's anniversary. I spoke with Betty who was most pleasant and she took down all my information. She said they would call before they delivered it to make sure my son was home (sometime after 3pm). At 11.30 he got a text from the neighbors that he had flowers at his front door. The neighbors took them in. His wife sent a picture of them and said thank you, and that they were beautiful. However, the picture showed pink and purple flowers, not autumn colors at all. The card did not say what I had asked for. I called the florist and talked to George who was most embarrassed and said he would have the owner call me. Bill called me that same day and wanted to make it right. He redid the order and contacted my son to swap the arrangements. He and his wife were both at work, so no one would be home to do that. When he got home, he was surprised to find another arrangement! Even though there was a mishap, I was most impressed with how they handled it. This is a family owned business and it shows with their customer service.”
