“I purchased this flower arrangement from this shop through FTD. I had issues with FTD delivery information, but the flowers and the arrangement (which is what's relevant to this review) was beautiful and the scents from the flowers are filling the whole house beautifully. The price is a bit higher than the flowers included compared to other flower arrangements I bought in the past elsewhere, but this could simply be an upcharge FTD forces of these local shops. So I'm happy with this flower arrangement and if this shop sells directly I'll come back (without FTD)”

Rainbow Flowers delivered a gorgeous arrangement, with very complicated delivery instructions (because delivering anything to my friend's place is not great). Marie is very kind, professional, and obviously very talented. She also wanted to shoot for the highest bar, as she should because she's got real talent, but I was still surprised that she strives for excellence. Many businesses just ignore negative reviews, especially if they're already successful and doing well. But Marie runs her business passionately and listens to her customers' opinions. Part of building a relationship with customers is listening to them, and in today's world, a happy relationship is a huge thing for both businesses and consumers. She definitely has my love and respect. I don't think I've ever sang praises like this about a business, but she totally blew me away. If I ever were to have a business, I hope I have just as much patience, dedication, and kindness, especially for a business that delivers flowers that represent love and happiness.
