I was greeted when I came in through the back door and asked what would I need help with. I waited for 10 minutes before I was called to a desk and quite frankly, I think people just need more patience. As I was waiting to see someone, the line for the teller was moving at an average pace compared to my other financial institutions including different BoA branches.”
