“Freeman-Hood was an absolute blessing to my family when my Pappy passed away. He passed away so quickly and I didn’t have anything ready nor did I know what to do. They took me under their wing and treated me as family. When all the other funeral homes around wanted an outrageous amount of money for minimal service they reached out and met me in the middle. They worked with what I had and still gave my Pappy an absolutely beautiful service that he deserved. They went well out of their way and did way more than I could have ever been able to do for him anywhere else. My Pappy was in the Air Force, the presidential honor guard, and served in law enforcement in several states and they truly honored him in every way they could for his service. They also check on the families even after the service and send remembrance cards out four times a year. They do a yearly release of balloons for our lost loved ones, and they even are decorating a tree in the town square at Christmas time when they do the lighting of the trees for all of our lost loved ones. They don’t just take your money and run like most other funeral homes around here. At the worst time of my life when I knew my Pappy deserved more than I could give all the other homes just offered me a straight number to the mortuary for cremation when this man served our country for most of his life, the other homes just didn’t even care. Freeman-Hood stepped up and did more than I could have ever even thought to ask for. They aren’t in it just for the money they truly care and that makes a heck of a difference. I didn’t know how to do any of this and called them so many times and not once was I not greeted kindly and helped. I couldn’t put into words how amazing they are and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. Thank you so so much Freeman-Hood, I am forever grateful for everything you guys did for my Pappy!”

“I arrived here at the cemetery as part of a road trip to the United States to bring a fabric flower greeting to the grave of one of the greatest comedians. I was surprised to see the grave had not been taken care of? I didn’t want to leave it looking so untreated. Apologies to the relatives of the deceased, I cleaned the memorial and felt that my arrival at the scene was God’s will? I removed debris and withered flower from the grave. I almost threw a jar of lasagna in the trash as well, but then I remembered that it was perhaps a greeting from a Russian-born fan/fans, there in culture people bring food to the grave for the spirit of the deceased. At the same time, I cleaned the items left by the fans and placed them on the grave beautifully. The flowers completed the appearance of the tomb. In my country; Finland, the graves of the deceased often have flowers. I look up to heaven and thank God for this experience! Now it is good to continue my journey to north and into several experiences.”

The head directer here is the best in his field. Go see him and tell him I sent you. I bought mine, wife and my dear mother's lots here many years ago and paid at the time per lot $800.00 but today the lots or plots are sky high but you want the very best in death as you did in life so invest here. “Our mom passed away in August 19 and we used Valhalla for her service. Jason Bedford and his team were absolutely amazing. We really didn’t know what we were doing bec our mom had always been with us for things like that but Jason walked us through it all. Explained insurance procedures and went above and beyond to make sure our mother’s service was perfect. I pray none of you have to deal with this type of thing any time soon but if you do I would highly recommend giving Valhalla some consideration”
