“There truly couldn't have been a more perfect way to say goodbye to my father. Failla-McKnight Memorial Home did an amazing job. I was unsure how he would look at the final viewing, but when the visitation day came, I was blown away. They did an INCREDIBLE job. My father looked like he was comfortable and resting peacefully in a very happy place. I'm so happy for this part because I wanted the rest of the family and his friends to see him in the best possible way as we all paid our respects. Everyone at the home was so professional and caring from the very beginning all the way to the end of the process. They even helped me with getting his family around the world involved, which included streaming some of the service to them and with translations on a few of the prayer cards. We had a lot of guests and Failla-McKnight has it's own parking lot which was very convenient for everyone. The McKnight family and their staff were always accessible through out this difficult time. They were also extremely supportive as if they were part of our very own family. We can't thank you all enough. I know my father is also appreciative. We love you dad. May you Rest in peace!”

They handled the arrangements for the passing of my mother and every detail was attended to flawlessly. My mother looked amazing, and it gave everyone an immense sense of closure. When I first met with Samuel, I was utterly impressed with how he walked me through the funeral arrangement process carefully, meticulously, and patiently. When I walked through going to another location in the building to pick my mother’s casket, I was again impressed by how spotless the funeral home was. My first thought was: if they pay this much attention to the upkeep of the building then my mother is in great hands.
