My moms hair was so grown out from being in hospice and Carla & her family took the time to even bleach my moms hair for me so she could be as beautiful in death as she was in life. “my spouse passed away recently and they were so accommodating and the staff worked effortlessly to help us get things in order even though they were no fault or responsibility of their own (we had issues with the hospital doctors signing the death cert but the hardwork of mckays got us the burial permit we needed so we could have services and burial on the same day - if you've ever experienced loss you know how important that is.. you don't want to have to keep reliving those days when you should be healing yourself and family). the service was beautiful and they handled my loved one with care and dignity. we has some hiccups but having Dominique (sorry if I spell it wrong) there to help us was a blessing. thank you for your help and support.”

Our recent experience with Janssen's in the valley proved to us that a place with those traits does exist. The director, Sam, was impeccable in every regard. Calm, caring and professional. He addressed all of our questions, answered his phone every single time I called and delivered on every promise. The service was perfect. His recommendation for a person to officiate turned out to be a marvelous choice. We had expected about 50 folks to attend the service and when 200 showed up we were floored - but Sam wasn't. He made things happen. Brought in extra chairs, printed up more memorial folders, all the while keeping things on track. So, to Sam and the rest of the staff at Janssen's please accept our heart-felt thanks for the exemplary job you did. You folks made a very difficult day one that we will hold in our memories forever.”
