“Ratterman was very responsive to all of our needs. My father passed unexpectedly. I cold called them and asked them if they could pick him up instead of the coroner. They were there very quickly and gave us time to be with him before they removed him from his home. They met with us to explain our options, shared costs and for us in and out in less than an hour. They helped us with the obituary, lined up a military service for us and kept all promised dates. I had several, off the wall, questions throughout the process and they were always speedy, courteous and helpful no matter what the request. They have even followed up after to check in on the family. I highly recommend them for the care of your loved one and for the entire family at such a difficult time”
