“We were skeptical at first before deciding to order from this place because it didn't have the best reputation, but we heard about them having a new management recently and we decided to give it a go and we're so glad we did! We ordered safe options that we always order elsewhere to play it safe, the samosa and the paneer makhani. we also went and had the cauliflower dumplings just out of curiosity. To put it simply, the food was amazing. The samosa was fresh, crunchy and flaky from the outside and soft and hearty from the inside. The paneer makhani was one of the best we ever had, rich, hearty, savory with a hint of sweetness! The cauliflower dumplings were tangy,sour and rich in flavor. The food overall was not overwhelmingly spicy which was good. We're so happy we finally have good authentic Indian cuisine nearby. They gave us complementary treats that we did not order which was a nice gesture. would definitely recommend.”

“Really nice DoorDash experience - (1.) Each dish I ordered was delicious. (2.) Temperature was phenomenal. Cozy warm comfort food instead of that weirdly uncomfortable zone of "not technically cold but every bite makes you stop and wonder if you should get up and put it in the microwave." (3.) Portion sizes met or exceeded what I expected just from passively absorbing the material on the menu. No fine print no gotchas. Entree was a standard size, lo mein came in one of those red and white boxes, soup came in one of those big plastic take out canisters the size of a ball canning jar, appetizer specified in the title exactly how many you would get. (4.) My price per person entry is definitely one of the higher ones, but I did intentionally get a lot so I would have convenient leftovers for a few days.”

“Update: l had P&P again at a lunch event and the traditional pie was significantly better than the sheet pizza I had previously. The crust is very true to NY style, and the ratio of sauce/toppings to dough was perfect— I didn’t need the additional side sauce that the owners offered. It’s one of the few places in the Mentor area to get sheet pizza from, but the dough on the sheet pizza is much thicker than expected compared to NY style. From my previous review I wanted to reiterate that the salad was very good— full of toppings and a generous side of dressing. The staff is also very friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I may not get the sheet pizza again, but the traditional pies and salads are easily 5 star quality.”

“Edit: I’ve gone there again recently and the customer service/food quality is definitely better. I’m updating my review because I had no issues this time around! Literally all my food was burnt. When I arrived someone was there waiting and I asked her if she’d been helped so I didn’t cut her in line. She she she’d been waiting despite having the dominos tracker tell her it was ready 30 minutes ago. The man working couldn’t give her an estimated time for her food to be done and his excuse was “we have like 20 orders right now”. He then gave me mine after about 3 minutes but obviously never “quality checked” it like they say they do.”
