“Great Theater! The look inside captures the gilded age so perfectly! Plenty of parking nearby, friendly staff that help with concessions & seating. There is an elevator for the balcony located in the lobby. There is a front door drop off & pick up. My seats for this show were Balcony BB Seat 112 & 113. Prices for concessions range between $2-$5. Alcohol , wine and beer is available. Be wary of box seating, no way those tickets are that good considering how off to the side you are and there are speakers in your view. Select balcony front row ,Best seats tbh. Arrive hour early to avoid downtime traffic or other shows happening as well. “Had a few hours to spare on my schedule and wanted to relax in some AC. Wow did I relax, I nearly fell asleep in those reclining seats! Yes! Reclining seats, like I’m talking lazy Boy style. The aisle are super wide and plenty of room on the arm rest. The ticket was cheap, popcorn, drink and a ticket for about twenty bucks. The restrooms were large and super clean. Max, the usher was very helpful in helping me find my theater seat and row. Great manners in a young man his age is rare these days. I wish I lived in the area, I’d definitely return. Oh, and free refills on the drinks!!! That is unheard of at a theater!”

“We had a wonderful experience for my son's 6th birthday! The event and marketing manager Regina was quick to answer questions and respond to emails and phone calls. We booked the red carpet package and had a hostess with us the entire time. Elizabeth took great care of everyone from the minute we got there. From getting bowling shoes, bowling balls, drink pitchers, entering names into the system for the bowling game. She even offered candles and a lighter for the cake! It is the little things that go a long way. This is one of the most relaxing birthday parties we have had and was stress free! Thanks to a great team and effort made by them. “I go here often. They've made this a pretty cool concept. I have the $9.99/month plan, unlimited movies plus free popcorn and 10% off food/drink. A regular ticket is $11 so even if you go once a month it's well worth it. They show the same first-run movies available anywhere. The food is passable, but you order it on your phone from your seat and they serve you. The only thing I don't like is the 20% tip they automatically add to your tab. I would normally tip around 20% anyway if the service is decent, but it should be my choice. The staff is young and somewhat inexperienced, but they're trying, and they're very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this theater and its monthly pass.”

“I love Kendall, and prefer to see all my movies here. They play the best films, the seating is spacious and comfortable, and it’s typically a high quality viewing experience. That being said, my most recent visit was kind of a bummer. I went on Christmas Day to see The Iron Claw. I immediately noticed that the sound was VERY quiet. I didn’t want to be a bother as I know it sucks to work on Christmas, but I felt like it might be fixable. Talked to someone and they radioed someone else. Went back to theatre, still quiet. The ambient sounds of the theatre overpowered many scenes of the movie, including very noticeable sound bleeding in from the theatre next door. Glad they got the full experience, but everyone in the 6:45 showing definitely did not. At one point I went to use the restroom and asked the same person if they were able to figure it out? He looked up from his phone and hit me with an “I Guess”. That kind of sucked. Expected more. Quiet sound kind of killed the viewing experience for me.”

“I’m the heart of the San Clemente outdoor mall this Theatre is new, clean, and has big leather chairs that with the press of the button recline to the perfect comfortable height. Came here to see the new Mario movie and it was a great experience. The tickets were $14 for adult and $10 for kids and we went at 6:40 pm on a weekday. Not sure if weekends are more. Popcorn was fantastic and enjoyed the sound and movie experience on the big screen.”

“Went to see "Oppenheimer" in 70mm. Plenty of parking and a short walk to the theatre, located on K Street downtown. Show was sold out. Plenty of leg room and seats were very comfortable. Especially for a three hour movie. Plenty of eateries around theatre before or after the show. Staff was friendly and the theatre was very clean. As a bonus, the air conditioning was at a perfect temperature on this warm day.”
