“Today at 2:16 pm someone stole my sons Christmas present off my porch. I have the ring door bell which caught everything on camera. I was waiting for my daughter to get out school when I pulled away to see if I was able to confront the the gentleman who stole my package. He has left the scene I drove down my street to find him walking and confronted him about my package he denied everything even though I had him on camera. I call SP PD dispatch was amazing responding and making sure they received all the information about the person. I followed over to a place where one went inside and as I pulled up I had a bunch of officers ready to go. Helped me so much and they got those evil people! “Broke down with my kids and mom today in Upper Arlington and we are from our of town. We were heading home from the Columbus zoo back to Indiana. I called 911 when my car completely failed and didn't even have emergency lights. I was terrified of being rear ended with my kids in the car. Once they got the call they were there quickly. Sat with us while we waited for the tow as our e lights and even drove myself and infant to the shop. Thanks again guys for the rescue.”

“The precinct commander Brooke and her deputies go above and beyond . I have never encountered an experience that left me not wanting to call the police during a crisis. With the CSO care team in place and the precincts history of dealing with mental health I’m sure they will be successful in concert together for our community. As someone on the spectrum and as someone who has sensory issues they are a huge godsend . The deputies are personable and easy to talk to during crisis and are able to come up with plans that doesn’t involve the judicial system and instead alternatives such as psych hospital for those during extreme crisis. They want the best possible outcome and the best amount of safety during every encounter with the utmost professionalism. We are so blessed for this precinct and for the Cherokee County Sheriffs !”
