I am very impressed with the manner in which Chief Kit Long has been running the dept. and I see the manner in which he has brought the young officers up to build a communication bridge with the public. This past week there was a domestic disturbance in my subdivision. Police were called. I watched the young officers handle the situation calmly and professionally. They made the difference. The family members settled down and in the end, had reconciled. That is good police work!”
