Very comfortable here and they’re highly educated As well ! Can’t wait to get this card and be a regular here bc these are my kinda people ! You guys are awesome! Last time I was at the post office I met Mario, Dolly, Jennifer and I believe one of the supervisors Usif. All of them were so awesome and professional and obviously hard working but maintained a happy place. You could see that they probably got more accomplished because of the work climate during stressful times like these. No one really knows how the climate of a work environment unless you work for that company but from my outside view as a customer I enjoy coming here and seeing them all happy and enjoying their job. I understand that working for the post office can be taxing on the employees but they don't show it here. I adore my post lady! She always has the most positive spirit.”

I've heard that over the past few years it's been a struggle to keep people in the delivery trucks, which may account for some people's subpar experiences with delivery in Bixby, but the brick & mortar location is pretty decent. Note, though, that they don't have any kind of postage machine, so if it's outside of regular hours you're not going to be able to buy a stamp in the outer lobby here.”
