The store is pretty clean with that Asian scent that you are greeted with once you enter. Yes the aisles are packed and well organized. The customer service reps will help you but don’t bug you. So every time I go in I try to get some great things to fill my house with.”

“A good counterpart to Trader Joe's: more expensive but has a far larger selection of items. The staff can be very helpful -- however, this last visit, a few times they forgot the "10/5 Rule" of hospitality: at 10 feet make eye contact and smile; at 5 feet say 'hello', if the customer engages continued eye contact: ask him/her if you can assist them. Sprouts is more expensive than some other stores so 'exceptional service' should be of a very high priority. Their produce is outstanding as well as their bulk items, nuts, candies and dried fruits. Coffee and tea, as well as nutritional supplements are copious in variety. The store is great BUT a customer shouldn't stand looking at two employees talking to each other, then have to be directed by ANOTHER customer to help the customer who was patiently waiting for service.”

I regularly see moldy fruits and berries and have had the unfortunate experiences of items going bad the next day.”

Went to check out and the line at the self check machines was much longer than the line at the one checker lane they had open. Turns out there was a reason. The one checker was friendly, courteous, and accurate, but she was slow. Even with that, I got through quicker than if I had self checked. As I was leaving I noticed they were opening a second checked lane.”

“I shop at both dollar general next door and family dollar! Dollar general is rarely open because of being short staffed and they have more inventory in the aisles then on the shelves. While at family dollar James who is older and disabled is always there and their aisles are clear! In a society where healthy people sit and bum with cardboard signs James works his tail off almost everyday! No excuses people! “This is located across the street from my office and we go there often for lunch. The hot deli is amazing, and the food is home cooked just the way you like it. Fried Chicken is my favorite. The breakfast deli is so good as well....make sure to get the biscuits.....yum. I will occasionally go there for groceries and they always have what I need. The staff is amazing and always helpful, especially when we need their catering services”
