You can do a Chinese medicine consultation (TCM) or acupuncture in the herb section in the back of the store. They also have lots of grains that are used by western people, such as quinoa, oats, barely, millet, sesame, packaged unsalted nuts, etc. Great prices compared to the big fancy markets.”

They have furniture and they will bring the oddest piece at reasonable prices of furniture. I highly recommend this place everyone's very friendly very nice. The only downfall it has that they don't really have too many people to pack the food they will for you and their bags are so cheap that you have to make sure double up everything is all fresh. If you’re an Asian person like me, then you probably get your groceries at either G Mart in Greensboro or H Mart in Cary. It wasn’t until recently that I figured out there was in Asian grocery store in Winston-Salem this was life-changing for me because I no longer had to drive over 30 minutes to get groceries to make Asian cuisine. Although the grocery store is fairly small and does not carry a lot of fresh foods, I am still very thankful that they cater towards the small percentage of Asians living in this city. They have things including curry blocks, quail eggs, Ramen, spicy chili oil, mochi powder, rice, and other stuff, only to name a few. The owner is an older middle-aged Asian man who may look mean but is very friendly and well-meaning. He will be able to answer any questions that you have to the best of his ability and will help you locate any item in the store. Personally, I always show him my grocery list because I can never find anything and he helps me every single time. Before you head to Gmart in Greensboro, be sure to check out the grocery store because it might save you a trip.”

I cut it in diagonal slices, because they're making it a little bit narrow these days, and I made some homemade and store-bought from Renwood Market delicious goat cheeses and serve them as appetizers on Thanksgiving and there were hardly any left. The people are very very friendly very helpful they go out of their way to assist you and they go the extra mile and call you back to make sure to tell you that your order is over by the check stand and you can pick it up at such and such a Time. And this isn't just on Thanksgiving or for Thanksgiving it happens all the time every day of the week.
