I got multiple estimates so that we could have different repair options and they were more than willing to work with us. “When I received a notice from my insurance company to upgrade the panel in my home, I was worried about finding a qualified contractor to complete the work by the deadline. When I reached out to Amped Electric for a quote, I had a (very reasonable!) written estimate with a detailed scope of work within 24 hours. Not even 48 hours later, they texted me to let me know the permit had been pulled and confirmed the date they would be out to do the upgrade. The day prior to my scheduled install, my electric provider dropped the ball and told me they couldn’t schedule the temporary power shutoff until 3 days after my insurance company’s replacement deadline. Amped *immediately* called my service provider and really went to bat for me to make sure this job would go on as scheduled to meet the deadline. That day, I received multiple updates on the progress while I was at work. When I got home, the first thing I noticed was that Jayson and his crew left the work area cleaner than what they walked into! My service provider was running *very* behind on reconnecting my service. Jayson stuck around for 3 hours after he was done waiting on them — I had to beg the guy to go home as I was driving home from work! He called me hourly to see if I was up and running — they went so above and beyond to hold my provider to make it right with me. I can’t thank them enough. We’re lucky to have this great local, family-owned company run by such good, honest people. They deserve your business — Call them!”

The new owners haven't done anything negative, but I would always want to know if a business changed hands and anyone reading these Google reviews will need to realize the reviews were for past owner. Wow! Alex did such an amazing job! I am so glad I found him. He is DEFINITELY my new electrician. He was punctual,professional,honest and friendly and did great work! Seems strange to get so excited and rave about an electrician, but he is exceptional. He is a just an overall breath of fresh air!
