I was having trouble getting my new pedals on my bike, and they removed my old flat ones and installed my new clipless ones easy, plus put in my cleats on my new shimanos and Gary took me to the lot in the back and taught me how to clip in and clip out super easy! plus he adjusted my seat, could tell right away the height was not correct.
