They were extremely busy and yet the manager Mike kept assuring me he'd provide help asap. I was impressed that he cared about someone spending $65 when other folks were buying bikes or making other high dollar purchases. I've recently suggested AJ's to a few friends. “So happy we found the guys at Rad to help us create awesome memories. We rented paddle boards, chairs and an umbrella for several hours. You can go out in the bay or go to the beach across the street and enjoy the gorgeous gulf water, while still having a set up on shore. I highly recommend choosing the gulf on a calm day. “Picked up my custom made bike on Saturday. It is such a cute design. You can’t tell it’s an electric bike because the battery is under the basket! The seat is wider than most so it provides a very comfortable ride. The bike is easy to ride (the basket is mounted to the frame so the weight of the battery does not interfere with steering) and simple to add throttle. It is so much fun to ride - took it out immediately after coming home. It is awesome!”

“I had Handlebars build up a touring bike from a Surly LHT Disc frame they ordered for me and the shop worked with me to get all the parts and build perfect and allowed me to use a fair bit of my own parts. “I visited there earlier today. Those guys are amazing!! From the phone call made before I got there, up until when I left. Greeted as soon as I walked in, by not one but two gentlemen. Stated my challenge with needing to rebuild a sturmey archer 3 speed hub with 36 holes on a 20 inch chrome rim for a 20 inch low rider bike. I was directed to speak with Steve who is a master tech I have to say. First time meeting everyone there and they treated me like family. Chat with Steve for a while like I was a regular at the shop. He’s a very friendly, funny, humble, knowledgeable and honest guy. Like I said before, I spoke to him for a while like I was a regular there. Even though I just got information the service was bar none. We made plans to get my sturmey archer 3 speed hub on a 20 inch rim of my liking. So I’ll be going back there very soon. Wish I could give 10 stars!!”
