“I have been coming to OC for 11 years now. This trip my daughter had received her drivers license and wanted to try the coupe. So I called Cycle City and inquired about the cost which was 95 per hour and they closed at 9pm. So we decided to rent 2 coupes for the family and a friend. I also asked about a military discount. The owner said he would take care of me. Well, he did WAY more then that! The price he charged me was more than agreeable! This place really knows how to take care of the military and veterans! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, so if you are looking to rent a scooter or a coupe please go here. If your are military or veteran please let them know and they WILL take care of you. “I love REI! They are very helpful if you want them to be or they'll leave you alone if that's what you want. The store is clean well stocked. You have to know your prices & what you're willing to spend. I went in there to buy some winter boots. I wanted warm waterproof boots and they had a few choices. The sales associate was able to guide me in finding the correct boots for me, by the criteria I have her. We bought our kayaks here this summer and we were happy with the service we received and the advice that were given. Their sales are awesome so watch out for them. “These guys saved the day, I would give six stars if I could! My friends and I were riding from Boston to Provincetown on Labor Day weekend and hit a flat tire about a mile from the shop. Folks in the town called the shop to report we were stranded on the road and a nice lady picked up our bike to be fixed at the shop. We headed on our way and the bike hit a flat again about a mile later! Nate from the shop came out in his truck with some much needed roadside assistance and fixed the bike up again. He (and Serious Cycles) saved the day and we ended up making the full 120mi ride before sundown. Cannot thank you all enough!”
