Since it's January they gave us the option to leave the camper for the winter and return in May to pick it up un-winterize it and do the full walk through. “Let me start of by saying that I am located in southern NH and had been looking for the right truck that met my requirements. Initially found the truck listed on Cargurus, and noticed that it was located in Cuba, NY. I don't have a problem with traveling for the right vehicle, but the problem i often run in to with talking to dealers further away and out of state, is that they are very lax in getting me the info i want because i am out of state and nowhere near them. Jasper's Auto was a different story. I contacted Jasper's via the Cargurus email inquiry. Within a day I got a call from Jasper's colleague, Nate. Nate was extremely helpful in getting me every bit of info i wanted on the truck. He went out of his way to go back out to the truck multiple times, and even pulling it inside on the lift to take multiple pictures and video that i asked for in a very timely manner. At one point, i thought i wasn't going to get any more replies because of how much info i wanted from him. I knew the truck was right after all of this and drove over a week later on a Saturday to check it out. Jasper seemed honest in the knowledge that he had of the truck and the services they performed while owning it. The vehicle had bad windshield wipers and a front running light that was out. Jasper had those items fixed right there on the spot no questions asked. The running light was even delivered from the parts store nearby because he didn't have one in the shop. I looked over the truck outside, had them put it on the lift to look it over and plug it in. Took it out for a drive. Put the vehicle BACK on the lift to look over AND plug in again. Jasper had no issue with me scrutinizing it like i did and catered to my every concern. I traveled 8-9 hours one way to look at this truck and if they had not let me plug it in or scrutinize it like i did, i may have just turned around and left. Well after all that, we agreed on a price, and shortly after I left with the truck. It is a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500HD Classic and a picture is attached here. Overall a fantastic experience with both Nate and Jasper, and would buy from again without hesitation. Thanks guys!”

“Bought a '04 Subaru Outback from Kendall Auto in November of 2021. The lot is a small operation run out of the adjacent lumber yard. Each time I visited, there were 8 or 9 vehicles out front; not a huge selection, but they all seemed to be in decent shape with reasonable mileage. I dealt with Milton, who was always friendly and helpful. Despite being over 17 years old, the Outback was in great shape and only had 160,000 miles on it. After a very satisfactory test drive, Milton told us the price, which was very fair for the car's condition and the current market. He even took a little off for some water leaking from the moon roof's drainage canal. We drove the car for one week and put 150 miles on it, when the check engine light came on. We checked the codes, and the catalytic system was running below threshold efficiency, which is an indication of a bad catalytic converter. We bought the car "as is," but we called Kendall Auto to see if we could get any help, or if their mechanic would do the work. Milton told us to bring the car in and have their mechanic check it. After confirming the problem, Milton ordered and paid for replacements of both catalytic converters for the car, and his mechanic swapped them out free of charge! We paid nothing for the repair, and Kendall Auto stood by their cars. We haven't had any problems since. I was content with the quality, price and service when I bought the car, but was very impressed when a used car dealership took care of the repair for us. I would absolutely buy a car from Kendall auto again, and I would recommend them to anyone, especially if they have a little time for their perfect used vehicle to arrive on the lot.”
