“In March of 2022 I took delivery of a brand new 2022 Thor Magnitude BT36 super from Dylan's RV in Sewell NJ. Dylan's completely screwed up the lithium battery installation. I took my rig to CareFree one week after I took delivery for a PA state inspection, Cheyney Arters (lead technician) identified the root-cause of the problem. Dylan’s RV wired the two 12 volt lithium batteries in series when they should have been in parallel!!! From that day forward I never took my RV back to Dylan’s for service. Cheyney is the best RV service technician I have encountered. He is a consummate service professional with over 27 years of experience. Cheyney prides himself on quality of workmanship and providing great customer service, making sure all customers are taken care of so they can have a wonderful RV experience.
