“I have had two awesome experiences at Kent Mitchell. The first was after Hurricane Ida severely damaged my camper. With demand for camper repairs at an all time high, I expected the experience to be long and unpleasant. The crew at Kent Mitchell did the estimate, handled the insurance company and had the camper very professionally completed in much less time than expected. My second experience involved a 12 volt fridge in my Jeep. When a circuit board went bad I learned that Kent Mitchell was one of two nearby service centers. I didn’t even think of taking it anywhere else. This item was under warranty, but I had trouble finding my original receipt. Kent Mitchell was patient with me while I worked with the out-of-state dealer to get a duplicate receipt. Kent Mitchell then got me a new unit because the circuit board was unavailable. When I went to pick up the unit they offered to install it in my Jeep. Kent Mitchell has a very experienced staff and they know everything about RVs and busses. Whether it’s buying, selling or getting an RV serviced, this is the place to go.”

“Great job with my contract, much better deal then the no name service contract I got through a Muskogee, ok dealership for my c8 corvette. I’m finally glad to have a co tract with the company that made my 2023 Chevy corvette and so far they seem to be very honest affordable and they are very fast to communicate with me after paying about 2/3rds of what I did with the dealership I won’t name it would be poor taste. They gave me a 7 year deal with 100k miles and no deductible for 2,800$ and I appreciate it being backed by GM. Thank you for helping me save money. I wish I wouldnT have taken the deal with the other dealer in the first place, my advice don’t go with the first service contract offer I saved 1000$ but lost about 500$. Thanks Knapp, I’m in kansas but you won my next GM truck business! Keep me in mind once I sell this house I plan to get a new GMC Denali. Again thank you.”
