“My girlfriends and I rented a minivan for a girls trip. We pre paid online and I got text notifications about my rental. The vehicle was clean and roomy. It was brand new. We really enjoyed it. We got unlimited miles and filled it up prior to taking it back. Renting, picking up and drop off was very easy. The only thing that I didn't expect was the long line I waited in to pick up the vehicle. I had checked in online but still waited a decent amount of time to pick it up because there was a long line of people and only one person working. It kind of defeated the purpose of being able to check in ahead of time. I'd still rent from Budget again.”

“Dear Jennifer Christman, Below are the pictures regarding your pet hair fee charge. You said you never had a pet inside your car. However , how did all these hair came inside the suv ? You kept the Toyota 4Runner for 1 week. I have a sign that announces these fees so that upon return, you vacuum the car on your own to avoid extra charges. You know how long it takes to remove pet hair from the carpet ? First , we have to vacuum it, then we have to scrub the rock really hard to get all the little hairs stuck inside the seats . Then , we have to spend on febreze car air freshener To get rid of pet odors .”

We used this car service flying into Niagara international Airport, stayed on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.
