“Great experience. My car died and I needed something ASAP to get to work until my car was repaired. They had a car available and i was able to pick up same day no problems. The only issue was it was a Saturday and they couldn't pick me up at my apartment to get the car because they were short staffed. That wasn't a huge problem because I lucked out and ordered a lyft for cheap. Check in experience was easy, drop off was super easy. Would recommend, excellent customer service.”

He walked us through the entire process of Newby-Vance's "Click it to Drive", internet shopping from the comforts of our home, which happens to be in another state. “We rented from the Fort Wayne airport originally, the vehicle had some alignment issues but it was okay. First night out of town the catalytic Converter was stolen. (Did not set off the alarm at all)… We called the airport in Biloxi to exchange the vehicle, which at the time we weren’t sure what was wrong with it. (We were informed later on what happened) The new vehicle was much nicer and the customer service was impeccable in biloxi. “This was a weird instance to give a five star rating because the computer"server" was down and it was taking very long time to finalize the "paperwork" and receive our car. The staff worked really hard to get things done and tried to keep the clients, if not happy, at least calm. The woman that took care of our car reservation (I have memory issues, so her name escapes me) even managed to help us upgrade our car to the coolest one at the wedding! Yep, the Budget staff at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport earned our gratitude that day!”

“10/10 recommend renting through Lost Campers for anyone looking to experience van life while traveling. You can’t beat the price especially when you consider the unlimited miles. Our original travel plans got derailed due to a storm so we had to drive farther distances than originally planned. Thankfully we didn’t have to calculate our miles or even think about them in order to do so. The customer service is fantastic throughout the entire process: booking, pickup, provided documents, questions, drop off, etc. We have rented cargo vans that were built out in the past and were curious to see how a minivan would stack up against them. We didn’t notice any amenities lacking from the switch and particularly enjoyed the backrests from the backseats when retiring for the night. We suggest going with the Sierra model (at the minimum) because of the sink, which is a game changer. If we ever fly into one of Lost Campers’ hubs, we will definitely be renting from them again and loved supporting their family owned/operated business.”
