They are not pushy but give the best advice for what needs to be done for your teeth and this is the first time the dentist or the staff reach out and check on you several times after a procedure. The whole staff is very competent in each role they play, but are welcoming enough to encourage the best communication for optimal care. If a problem occurs I feel like I can count on them, and they have come thru each time with a speedy response and are always willing to take an extra minute to check for anything that could be a possible complication. I was glad to be able to be in and out of the facility in just a few minutes, and it was nice to be able to check in online before going to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle I rented, however, was a different story entirely. From the moment I got in the vehicle, there was an unpleasant smell in the vehicle and there were stains on the seats. The comfort of the seats was poor as well, as the seat felt as though I was sitting on a board for the duration of my long trip. I reported all of this to the staff when I returned the vehicle and the representative was nice enough to give me a discount on my next rental and a free upgrade on the next rental as well. All in all, I would say the staff at this Enterprise location made the rental experience a pleasant one and I would recommend this location to anyone that needs to rent a vehicle in St. Louis.”

They charged my card $85. $7 for tolls (which I understand) I called them and within 2 weeks I received a refund for $37.00. “The service was AMAZING! The only thing I didn’t care for was having to take a shuttle to the car rentals but I won’t consider that a part of this rating. Once we arrived at the desk we were greeted immediately and had our car within 5 minutes of arriving at the rental desk. The agent (I cannot remember his name) was very friendly and very helpful... he even upgraded us for free from a standard sized car to a full size! The car was clean and ready to go before we got there. The drop off process was simple as well. They were closed during the time we had to have the car back by but they have attendants in the rental garage to assist you I’m assuming 24/7 because our car was checked in 10 minutes after dropping it off. This is my first time renting with Payless and it won’t be my last! Thank you Payless for making this experience as least stressful as possible! I’m a nervous wreck anytime I travel and this was a very pleasant experience. Also, I had a $100 hold on my debit card until I dropped it off and it was back in my account two days later which was another added bonus!!”

“The pick up was not as fast as I would like but it was pleasant. I received a brand new Jeep Wrangler when I had only requested a small SUV. I was scheduled to drop off at a different location. The next day I called he drop off location to extend my reservation and it was very quick and easy. Do not call the number on the folder to extend your reservation. It is a computer and it is not helpful at all. I just dropped it off today and they were very quick, friendly, and easy to work with. Thank you Avis! I will rent from you again.”
