We provided the fabric (it was something we really loved). Margaret was very responsive, super helpful using her knowledge and expertise to provided input on amount of fabric they'd need to complete the project. SO pleasant to work with (which we can't say for some of the other companies we contacted). We scheduled a time to have the chair seats picked, the team was punctual & pleasant. The chairs were finished when promised, delivered and looked AMAZING!!! AND SUPER AFFORDABLE! We are SO pleased with the fantastic job the team at Margaret's Upholstering did. Our well pump died on Easter weekend, and we had no idea who to call, since most places were closed for the holiday. Thankfully, we were able to connect to someone right away when we called the Prairie Plumbing and Heating emergency line, where someone walked us through what to expect. They dispatched a technician that morning, and he was timely, extremely prepared and knowledgeable - able to answer all of our questions and identify the problem quickly. It just didn't do the job. Then after all that hassle of shipping it back, I visited Electropeadic Bed/the Kraus Chair Store to get her a lift chair. Antoinette was wonderful and helped me pick the right one. They even delivered a loner until our special order chair was delivered. Unfortunately, before the final delivery my mom took a turn for the worse and ended up in a nursing home. Antoinette processed the refund with no problem. “I offered 5 stars because they had what I was looking for just as I saw it while driving. I was looking for a 6 or 7-drawer dresser with deep drawers. I wrapped the block and parked in front of the store. The salesman was nice enough to offer me discounts and also discounted delivery, possibly even free. The quality of the furniture was what I was looking for. Actually real good! They have plenty of bedroom sets that are made of actual real wood and NOT that compressed sawdust crap.
