I did some research and found out that Dr Callahan’s office had a vbeam laser, which helps speed up bruising. I called her office (as a new patient) and they treated the situation with urgency and got me in immediately. Dr Callahan and her staff were unbelievably amazing. They used the vbeam, which helped tremendously and offered tips on makeup I could buy on Amazon or Sephora that could help conceal it further. I’m so appreciative of how I was treated and will definitely return in the future. I would highly recommend Dr Callahan to everyone looking for a highly skilled and compassionate dermatologist. Peggy and Dana are so welcoming when you first arrive and are available throughout your stay to help. Robert S. The unit manager was incredibly helpful. He would answer my daily questions with patience and kindness. The therapy department is amazing. We did not work with everyone, but I can tell you that they are all friendly. Shout out to Janice for running an amazing department. To Amanda, Heather, Deanna, Robert, Lonnie and Kandice-I can’t thank you enough for treating my parents with respect and kindness. You guys are the best. To Brianna B.- what a huge blessing you are. Dealing with insurance and everything that goes with it is intimidating. Brianna helped us so much with appeal after appeal and dealing with those agencies. She is so knowledgeable about all these different companies. Thank you. Was everything perfect during our stay-no, but that’s normal. If your loved one is a patient there you need to be involved. Ask questions, talk to the mangers. One of the things that really stuck with me is that if we had an issue, they helped us. They didn’t make excuses. They just took care of it. Our Aides that I saw the most were Angela, Beatrix and Judith. They were great and I appreciate them. One downside was not having the same nurse. They used a variety of agency nurses and although most were great, I would have liked the same one.”
