Every meeting, class (Birth 101 with Madison and Noa!), resource, text conversation, etc. were incredibly informative and helped me go from anxious and unsure of myself to confident and well-prepared for labor! Working with my amazing birth and postpartum doula, Alex, was like having a highly trained best friend by my side during the most vulnerable moments of my life. My husband and I trusted her implicitly and she taught me how to trust myself and my body during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. The whole experience was a dream! After my baby was born, having Alex, Brittany, and Jannelly support our family during overnight shifts was truly invaluable.
