Have also made sure to get my x-rays, ultrasound and blood work done at DeGraff Medical Park--close to home. Utilizing this facility helps keep it in the community, for us to have these services available nearby, versus traveling to other municipalities when in medical need. It is a comfort to me that DeGraff Medical Park is available in all four seasons, in an area with active residents. In a motor vehicle accident, I would rather be served within the City than be forced to travel because no emergency services are available right here.”

“I had the most compassionate, caring nurse. Her name is Shelby! She is a ER Nurse. I came here because we live in Kingsland Ga. That hospital sucks. They’ve misdiagnosed myself and others I know. And all around just suck. So we drive the extra 25 min to come to this hospital. Unfortunately my visit to the ER was with my son, and my husband. I unfortunately am suffering from a miscarriage. My first one ever. My nurse Shelby immediately was so caring, kind, thoughtful, sweet, helpful nurse. Genuinely, the best I’ve ever had. She made this whole experience bearable and easier. The ER doctor I have is just as awesome. But the highlight of my whole year is Shelby. She not only paid close attention to my son, while taking the best care of me. She was active with him, and did her job effortlessly. Without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. It was like I had a friend, as a nurse. Which is how it’s supposed to feel! My son loved her and told her how pretty she is. (: I’m just very thankful that in this hard time, I was able to receive top-notch care from a Nurse who is here for more than just a paycheck. You can see her big heart. It radiates from her. I honestly wish more nurses had the heart she does. Not to mention, I love this ER because every time I’ve came here, it’s been fast, efficient, and always very clean.”

“Best thing to ever happen to me, the staff are amazing and the food is better then what I eat at home. Ive been here three times and every time things have gotten better. I would consider most of the staff friends. I wish I had the words for this place but I dont. I do wish they had more staff available each shift and med providers and counselors at location. Allowing patients more social interaction. The unit is very boring at times but it has all the love you could ask for. Now dont get me wrong sometimes staff can be gruff at first but they are only like that cuz they care so much about the clients. Food is available 24/7 their are hot showers with shampoo and conditioner. They serve coffee tea hot chocolate water and juice all day. They also try to take clients on nature walks. This place was designed to help people who feel like they have nothing left to live for and to provide hope and support and it does all of that. Three times I could have died if it weren't for CTF.”

For those who might be worried about coming into the office during the pandemic, I can assure the office is clean and well taken care of, and the treatment itself, while only taking 2 hours monthly, has reduced my hair thinning significantly. During the peak of the pandemic, when the office was closed, although Dr. Veber was not able to see me for a few months in person, she consistently called to check in with me and provide advice for things I could do to ensure my hair journey was still progressing positively. “This is a professionally managed rehab facility. This is my second visit after taking a fall that should have killed me. Staff is continually cleaning and emptying trash cans. The food has improved a lot since my first visit. The gymnasium staff has got me waking good after 5 recent falls related to the first. My old body at 71 has a lot of hard driven miles on it but I'm planning on living to 100 at a minimum. This is an older facility but regardless of it's age, I've got nothing but praise for the friendly staff and management team. Thanks for all your help!”

“I wanted to thank metro hospital my daughter-in-law in the past 2 months has been suffering from back pain so severe that You could barely move walk take yourself to the bathroom and keep and care for the little ones. After going to a medical facility, Parma hospital, More than once. They all did the same thing gave her steroids to take Never took even an X-ray to rule out anything And sent her home with ibuprofen and steroids telling her it was a sciatic issue. Told her to go to therapy. When she could no longer get up to even take herself to the bathroom we took her down to metro who took it took her pay level and cand condition very seriously. After CT scanThey determine that. She indeed needed to see a back specialist the disks in her back her back had been moved so far out or out of line they were putting pressure on all the nerves on the one side. Then seeing the specialist they determine they needed to fast track her for surgery. I know people usually only give reviews when something bad happens. But I have been to metro myself I've never had a problem. My back doctor is Through metro. As is my pain management doctor that gives me my shots in the back. I have nothing but good things to say about them. And now with how well they are taking care of my daughter-in-law they always have my vote of confidence”
