“I played here with my team Real Madrid club. It’s an amazing place but the fields are not good. I understand because the maintenance costs too much. The place is not that well funded, on the weekends, it costs $3 to play. (Referee fee) There needs to be bleachers on the side of field for the fans to sit and trash cans need to be in the sides of the field as well. It will improve a lot.”

“My fiance and I booked a private charter for a weekend. The guys at Morning Star gave us a Catalina 22’ (vessel name Key Largo Cottage). We had the pleasure of witnessing manatees swim beside our sailboat rental. It was truly a joy to sail it over the course of 2 days. With our ASA certifications, the bay was a delight to navigate. Many sailboats are anchored, and the waters were filled with people who love the ocean. The team gave us all the equipment and info we needed. Waking up each morning and seeing it docked at our property pier helped make our wedding weekend a dream come blue. Next time we’re in the Florida Keys, we will most certainly support Morning Star again.”

“This was a VERY last minute plan so I was surprised to find a campsite with such a convenient location! There's a dollar general and a crosbys right there around the corner! My friends and I rented a cabin fir a weekend trip, and the location was beautiful, of course the cabin was smaller, but you are there to camp, not sit in a cabin, it was such a cute shack! Make sure you do bring sheets! We painted rocks, forgot them, near an open fire we started with our complimentary bag of fire starters! There is a pool and this week there will be a water heater! This community is very lively and children safe, with weekly activities to keep you stimulated and connected! We got an opportunity to play bingo in the most unique way possible, but you'll have to experience that yourself because I'm not going to tell you how. With that said, do visit!”

“Thought the home looks impressive on the outside, wait till you see what’s on the inside! I went into the tour not knowing what to expect, and it was truly a time capsule of Theodore Roosevelt’s life. There’s a lot of antiques from all over the world; the space really highlighted just how much of a free spirit and adventurer he truly was. Our tour guide was spectacular in weaving the story of Roosevelt’s life in such an interesting way. I had no idea that an inkwell could be made from the foot of an animal, or that Roosevelt valued living life to the fullest despite being told that he wouldn’t live past childhood. It’s a touching story, and being in the house really brings you back in time to the mindset and interests that Roosevelt had. He was sort of an erratic genius? I highly recommend this tour, and supporting the space by purchasing tickets online. 10/10 experience!”

“It's not for everyone. If you don't like walking a long way or riding a bike or horseback riding this is not for you. It's old Florida pine trees and palmettos and oak hammocks with trails.”

“This park is so cool. They have so many activities available to use. There’s a volleyball court, many baseball fields, basketball courts, a whole recreation center with a gym inside, people fish here, huge playground for the little ones, a huge eating area, and tons of parking even when it’s packed. There’s also a trail alongside the park making running and walking here much better. I highly recommend this park. It’s beautiful.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A sunlit haven for photographers and families alike! I recently had the chance to visit Lake St. Clair Metro Park at sunrise, and the experience was nothing short of magical. The way the early morning light touches the serene waters, creating an ever-changing canvas of hues, made for some truly breathtaking photographs. If you're an enthusiast of capturing nature's beauty, especially the calm elegance of dawn, this park is a must-visit. But Lake St. Clair Metro Park isn't just for those with a camera in hand. It's evident that the park has been designed with everyone in mind. Families will find it particularly appealing. The waterpark, which caught my eye, seems like the perfect escape for the young ones to cool down and have a blast on a hot summer day. It's spacious, well-maintained, and filled with features sure to elicit joyful shrieks and laughter. And then there's the expansive beach! Stretching out invitingly, the sandy shores offer ample space for picnics, sandcastle building, or simply lounging and taking in the tranquil surroundings. All in all, Lake St. Clair Metro Park serves as a delightful blend of recreational activities and natural splendor. Whether you're an early bird photographer or a family in search of a wholesome outing, this park will exceed your expectations. Highly recommended!”

“This is an excellent spot to tune your bow and launch lots of arrows. Quiet and tucked away, there are 4 picnic benches and an elevated platform to shoot from. The flat range has multiple lanes from 10yds to 60yds and the bagged bale targets are mounted professionally. The elevated range has 20, 30, and 40 yard targets. I really enjoy having this in my neighborhood. If you do visit, please clean up after yourself and observe the range rules. You can bring your own targets if you want to use broadheads, but please do not shoot the bales with them.”

There’s even playgrounds for kids or adults who enjoy swinging!”

“My family and I always enjoy the hiking here at Skyline Park. We have only done easy to moderate hiking and only on foot. There are trails available for horses and more trails that are longer and harder than I’ve done. The views are stunning and we really enjoy the early morning hiking. We were lucky to get to see the cactus in bloom our last time there. There is parking for free and no admission into the park there are also bathrooms it is very nice and accommodating.”
