“I seen Dr. Keener On October 31st 2017 for Cosmetic Surgery and she is absolutely amazing! Everything from her waiting room, office staff & even operating room staff were all so friendly and had amazing bed side manors!! They were all so nice to me and patient with me being I was so nervous the day of my surgery! She is very very well educated on what she does and isn’t going to sugar coat anything or tell you what you want to hear to make money! She checks up on me constantly and is always there if I have a question at crazy hours! Don’t let the bad reviews of that medical center ruin going to see her for any kind of cosmetic surgery you are considering to be beautiful! She has all the best stuff from Botox to getting a tummy tuck! I had no bruising from my surgery and my scar is extremely limited! She is an amazing dr and I’m so glad that I found her! I drove from starke to come see her!! And will continue to see her in the future!”

“Just had the best pharmacy experience here I’ve ever had. Typically it’s not terrible but it’s definitely not great. Rarely get a greeting or smile. Which is fine, the world right now sucks I struggle to be positive and give my customers a good experience and I’m not a pharmacist. Today I pulled into the drive through. There was no one in front of me. I press the button. Expect to wait 5 or so mins before someone says “what’s the name”. I was pleasantly surprised someone came over actually greeted me, got my name and told me they were checking an inside person out and then would grab my order. Being acknowledged, knowing they see you and an update seems simple but in my years of coming here it’s. Not. She was polite, actually friendly and fantastic. In no way would I say anyone else I’ve encountered is rude or horrible. But her friendliness was a very nice surprise. I asked her name. Forgive me if I’m spelling it wrong. Amara. “I went today to pick up my. Prescription after 2 messages that it is ready. The pharmacist tells me the office. Cancelled my prescription . The doctors just ordered it yesterday in place of a similar medication I was having problems with. The guy was very dismissive and walked away with no thought to resolve issue.I called the physicians office spoke with the medical assistant she said the pharmacist made a mistake. They have I inexperienced staff in place with no concern for a patients health which should be. Their first concern. Update: 3/2/22I heard back from the pharmacist regarding he did acknowledge. The mistake was the. Office . The issue of him not being concerned and realizing the harm I could suffer of not having this medication was not addressed nor his lack of hospitality towards me. He did shine on my after emergency hospital visit medications. He showed med medication conflicts . He did awesome and I appreciate that. I know he is busy serving all customers. Just please beware this job. Is not. A restaurant or. Department store. Actual lives are in your hands. Thank you for any misunderstanding.
